'Sunny Corner' is a modern 4-bedroom house located in a pleasant cul-de-sac offering very comfortable accommodation for a family of six plus a small child or a baby. The accommodation is semi-detached, has private parking for at least 2cars with an enclosed garden to the rear. Close to the beach and village of Perranporth.

Downstairs: Spacious semi open plan kitchen/diner/lounge. Very spacious rooms with limed oak effect timber flooring throughout. Kitchen, diner & lounge is semi open plan: Kitchen: Newly fitted units with a double oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, integrated dishwasher and washing machine. Dining and lounge area: Large dining table with dining chairs, comfy leather sofas, colour t.v, and a CD player. French doors from the dining area lead out onto the rear enclosed garden with there is a garden furniture and a timber shed (8ft x 6ins) which is very useful for storing bikes/surf boards etc.. Upstairs: Four bedrooms. Bedroom One and Two: Double beds (4ft 6ins). Bedroom Three: Twin beds (3ft). Bedroom Four: Travel cot Bathroom: Electric shower over the bath, wash hand basin and w.c.
'Miners Court' will reduce its tariff for 2009 if taking a break outside of the school holiday dates for smaller families
