This cosy Cornish old miners cottage is positioned 100 yards from Perranporth beach in a hideaway location amongst other alike cottages. A short stroll down this hill is the village of Perranporth
Sleeps 3. Entrance by the stable door with two downstairs bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom one leads into bedroom two, which then leads into the bathroom. Bedroom One: Double bed (4ft 6ins) Bedroom Two: Small room with a single bed (2ft 6ins). This room leads into the bathroom. Bathroom: Shower over bath, wash hand basin, w.c. and a heated towel rail. The stairs lead to the open plan kitchen/lounge area. Kitchen: Electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a timber breakfast bar to seat up to four people. Lounge: Georgian style windows to enjoy views of the beach, with beamed ceilings and Cornish stone walls. Two, two seat sofas, with a colour t.v., video, dvd player, stereo and a Parkray solid fuel fireplace with a glass front. Small courtyard to the front of the cottage where one can sit out and enjoy the Cornish fresh air. Please note that there are ten uneven steps up to the cottage.
