A superbly proportioned, two bedroom, ground floor apartment enjoying magnificent sea views from the main living room, dining room and patio area. The steps down to the beach are quite literally a stone's throw away. The flat enjoys onsite parking and is renowned as being one of Perranporth's finest locations for cliff side apartments. Sleeps 4. Six steps lead up to the accommodation which is all on one level. Kitchen: Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine with a combined tumble dryer. Lounge / Diner: There are two large leather sofas, a flat screen t.v, with d.v.d player/hard drive recorder and a music system with iPod docking facility. Dining area: Table and chairs to accommodate six people. Bathroom: Electric shower over the bath, wash hand basin and w.c. Bedroom One: Kingsize bed (5ft). Bedroom Two: Twin beds (3ft). Parking for one car is to the rear and to the front there is a private patio area provided with a garden table, chairs and sun loungers.
