Bryanack is a high standard, three bedroom detached bungalow with the characteristics of a cottage with wheelchair access, constructed in 2004.The bungalow has oil fired central heating, a log burning stove for those chilly winter nights and stunning views both over National Trust coastline to the Atlantic Ocean and over open countryside. The bungalow is situated in the grounds of Palmvale Holidays, where guests can enjoy the use of all the facilities offered including a heated swimming pool (Whitsun to End of August), grass tennis court, pitch and putt course, children's play area and approximately 5 acres of grounds for simply relaxing.

Bryanack is available all year to take advantage of the mild winter, early spring and warm autumn that we are privileged to have in Cornwall. It is very close to the coastal paths, so leave your car behind and enjoy lovely coastal walks to the beaches of Porthtowan and Portreath. Trevaunance Cove is a 90 minute coastal walk and the unspoilt National Trust beach at Chapel Porth is just ¾ mile from Palm Vale. The surrounding countryside is equally beautiful for those long country walks that you may prefer. St Agnes village has many small shops, inns and restaurants providing a very welcoming atmosphere. There is a bus service to local areas including the city of Truro, approximately 9 miles away, with its many facilities including a railway station. St Agnes is ideally placed for many visitor attractions including the famous Eden Project which is approx. 45 minutes drive.

Sleeps 6. The bungalow is entered via a porch into the open plan living/dining area which is furnished to a high standard and includes a digital colour television, DVD player, video recorder/player, CD/radio player and a log burning stove (some fuel supplied). The lounge has windows to the front and side to maximise the exceptional views. The fitted kitchen is open to the dining area and is fully equipped. This includes an iron, ironing board, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven with ceramic hob and a microwave oven. There are three bedrooms, a master bedroom with a 4ft 6" double bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and dressing table with a colour television and DVD player. This room has stunning views over open countryside. The other two bedrooms each have two 3ft twin beds fitted with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bungalow benefits from a bathroom and separate shower room both fitted to a high standard. The bathroom is fully tiled with a full size bath with an overhead shower, a washbasin, w.c and electric heated towel rail. Dining can be enjoyed from the dining area inside the bungalow with fabulous views from the patio window over the Atlantic coastline or by walking through the sliding patio door leading onto a decked patio, fully equipped with outside dining furniture and a barbeque. Here you can relax and enjoy fantastic views over the Atlantic Ocean, National Trust coastline and open countryside.
