Below you will find our attractive selection of properties in seafront , town and city centre and countryside locations in Sussex. You can make online bookings for most of them. Others may require you to call us to discuss the booking, as we need to check with the owners for availability. We also have a selection of properties with Virtual Tours. Please click on the relevant detail below to see these.

When you do a Search you will be offered a choice of properties with their prices (plus a refundable damage deposit). You can then choose and book online. The number of people that the property can sleep might include use of a Z-bed or a sofabed at extra cost, so please take note of this when booking online as you may have to add extra people to the basic cost.

We are proud to say that we are a VisitEngland Quality Accredited Agency. We have our own Grading and Assessment Scheme, ranging from One Key/Standard up to Five Keys/De-Luxe.

The grading can be found in the summary of the full property description. The number of Keys reflects the facilities in the property. The quality grading refers to the standard of decorations/decor, furnishings and fittings and would be one of seven levels: Standard, Standard Plus, Commended, Commended Plus, Highly Commended, Very Highly Commended or De-Luxe. Please be sure to book a property with a grading which will match your expectations.

Close to the river Adur, which offers excellent views and good walking on the disused railway line that runs beside the river. Only a ten minute walk to the centre of Shoreham with its bustling riverside scene of shops, pubs and restaurants. About 5 miles from the centre of Brighton & Hove.

This is a high standard first floor two bedroom balcony apartment, to sleep 4/6 people. It is very close to the seafront and also located in the heart of Kemp Town, BRIGHTON. Local shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The centre of the city is only a mile away, and Brighton Marina is also within walking distance. Buses run regularly along the seafront road so you have easy access to all the seafront towns along the coast. Wi-Fi enabled. Parking available on the seafront at parking meters only.

A comfortable first floor two bedroom flat with a communal patio garden, sleeping 4/6 people. Located in the heart of the fashionable Kemp Town district of BRIGHTON,  with its wide variety of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. It is close to the seafront and about a five minute walk to the Brighton Pier, Royal Pavilion and town centre. Wi-Fi connection. Not suitable for children under 10 years old. No pets. Non smokers only. Car parking available in NCP nearby.

Seapoint

Formerly a coastguard cottage, "Seapoint" is in a terrace of eight cottages with quite the most superb, panoramic views over the golf course to the Brighton Marina and the sea beyond that any holidaymaker could wish for. Justifiably this cottage claims to have "the best view in Sussex". This three bedroom/two bathroom cottage, which is centrally heated, sleeps 6/7 people and has been completely refurbished to a high standard throughout and this includes a delightful sun-lounge extension with the same lovely views across the long South facing garden to the sea beyond. Roedean itself is a pleasant peaceful residential area on the Eastern outskirts of Brighton situated half way between the famous Girls School and the Kemp Town area of Brighton. There are walks in all directions - a popular one being to the lovely old downland village of Ovingdean. The many varied shops and restaurants in the town are only about 1 mile away - approx. 10/15 mins by bus. However in Brighton Marina Village - much closer by - you will find a good selection of quality shops, restaurants and pubs (in a waterside setting) together with a large ASDA supermarket and an 8-screen cinema. Lying between the cottage and the sea is a miniature golf course which is very popular with visitors. Buses into Brighton's Town Centre run regularly along the sea front road. The famous undercliff walk is easily accessed by walking across the golf course towards the sea and you can walk in either direction towards Saltdean in the East or as far as Hove to the West. Pets welcome. No smoking in the house, please. Internet access
