Below you will find our attractive selection of properties in seafront , town and city centre and countryside locations in Sussex. You can make online bookings for most of them. Others may require you to call us to discuss the booking, as we need to check with the owners for availability. We also have a selection of properties with Virtual Tours. When you do a Search you will be offered a choice of properties with their prices (plus a refundable damage deposit). You can then choose and book online. The number of people that the property can sleep might include use of a Z-bed or a sofabed at extra cost, so please take note of this when booking online as you may have to add extra people to the basic cost.

We are proud to say that we are a VisitEngland Quality Accredited Agency. We have our own Grading and Assessment Scheme, ranging from One Key/Standard up to Five Keys/De-Luxe.

The grading can be found in the summary of the full property description. The number of Keys reflects the facilities in the property. The quality grading refers to the standard of decorations/decor, furnishings and fittings and would be one of seven levels: Standard, Standard Plus, Commended, Commended Plus, Highly Commended, Very Highly Commended or De-Luxe. Please be sure to book a property with a grading which will match your expectations.

Lovely secluded garden with lawn, shurbs and flowers plus sitting out areas. Close to the river Adur, which offers excellent views and good walking on the disused railway line that runs beside the river. Only a ten minute walk to the centre of Shoreham with its bustling riverside scene of shops, pubs and restaurants. About 5 miles from the centre of Brighton & Hove.

Ensenada Reef Flat

From £375 to £650 per week for 4 people

This high standard two bedroom/two bathroom first floor balcony flat  in SOVEREIGN HARBOUR, EASTBOURNE, offers outstanding and panoramic sea views. The flat sleeps 4/6 people and is located in a modern block facing the sea in the North Harbour, approximately 3 miles from the centre of the seaside resort town of Eastbourne. Own dedicated car space. Broadband internet connection. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Fig Tree Cottage

This is a charming three bedroom/two bathroom cottage, sleeping 6/7 people. It is located right in the very heart of BRIGHTON, in The Lanes, with a patio garden and roof terrace. Named after the large fig tree in the garden, this little hideaway (which was built in 1760) makes an ideal base for everybody wanting to enjoy and explore the many attractions Brighton has to offer. The stairs in this cottage are rather narrow and fairly steep as befits a property of this age.  NCP carpark nearby.  Internet access.

Byre Cottage 4

An attractive three bedroom holiday cottage (sleeping 6 people) with exposed beams converted from an old stable. Located in  SULLINGTON in the heart of the beautiful West Sussex countryside on a 500 acre working arable and beef farm, this is one of four cottages forming a courtyard around a shared lawn and immediately adjacent to one of the largest 17th century Tithe barns in Sussex. Overlooking this courtyard is the impressive stone built Grade 2 listed farmhouse and nearby is the lovely Saxon church for the parish of Sullington. A short, but uphill, walk takes you to the South Downs Way with spectacular views to the North over the Sussex Weald and South to the sea. The beautiful town of Arundel and the cathedral city of Chichester are both just a few miles away as is the West Sussex coastline with its many fine beaches. On the farm there is a swimming pool, open during the summer, for guest's use, and just past the chickens and Clarissa - the 'Tamworth' pig you will find a Club standard tennis court ; - table tennis is also available. There is a laundry room containing a washing machines and tumble dryers (operated by 50p in the metre), iron and ironing board and a payphone. Regret no pets allowed. A cot and high chair can be supplied if required.

Seapoint

Formerly a coastguard cottage, "Seapoint" is in a terrace of eight cottages with quite the most superb, panoramic views over the golf course to the Brighton Marina and the sea beyond that any holidaymaker could wish for. Justifiably this cottage claims to have "the best view in Sussex". This three bedroom/two bathroom cottage, which is centrally heated, sleeps 6/7 people and has been completely refurbished to a high standard throughout and this includes a delightful sun-lounge extension with the same lovely views across the long South facing garden to the sea beyond. Roedean itself is a pleasant peaceful residential area on the Eastern outskirts of Brighton situated half way between the famous Girls School and the Kemp Town area of Brighton. There are walks in all directions - a popular one being to the lovely old downland village of Ovingdean. The many varied shops and restaurants in the town are only about 1 mile away - approx. 10/15 mins by bus. However in Brighton Marina Village - much closer by - you will find a good selection of quality shops, restaurants and pubs (in a waterside setting) together with a large ASDA supermarket and an 8-screen cinema. Lying between the cottage and the sea is a miniature golf course which is very popular with visitors. Buses into Brighton's Town Centre run regularly along the sea front road. The famous undercliff walk is easily accessed by walking across the golf course towards the sea and you can walk in either direction towards Saltdean in the East or as far as Hove to the West. The flat, which is on two floors, is above a seafront hotel and a very short walk to the city centre, the Lanes, the Churchill Square shopping mall, the Dome complex/Theatre Royal and the Conference Centre. Furnished and decorated to a high standard throughout and with the benefit of two balconies giving spectacular views of the city and the sea  Public carparking available nearby for extra vehicles. A lovely spacious Regency three bedroom/two bathroom second floor flat (with lift) decorated and furnished to a very high standard throughout. in Kemp Town, Brighton. Wide ranging uninterrupted southerly sea views including Brighton Pier and the Marina. This lovely apartment sleeps six people, but an extra two can be accommodated in a family room. Wi-Fi Broadband access. Non-smokers only. Parking on Pay and Display meters on the seafront.

Please be aware that as this is a quiet residential building, the apartment is only available to discerning family groups, who are requested to be mindful of the neighbours' sensibilities.

Bloomsbury Place

A lovely Regency period four-bedroomed house with balcony and roof terrace, just off the seafront in Kemp Town, BRIGHTON, which has been furnished and decorated in contemporary style. Excellent sea views. It sleeps 8-12 people with the use of Z-beds and sofabed. Metered carparking available on the street, but this is very restricted. Close to bus routes so easy use of public transport. NON SMOKERS only but acceptable on the balcony and roof terrace. The town centre is within easy walking distance but you have local shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes just around the corner. Wi-Fi connection but no telephone.    MID-WEEK AND WEEKEND LETS AVAILABLE ALL YEAR:

Low season: Mid-week £445, Weekend £995.

Villa Helene

There are frequent bus services into the centre of the city and Preston Park railway station is a short walk away, as is the park with its lovely gardens and public tennis courts. The house will sleep up to 6 people comfortably, but with the use of sofabeds and adult sized day-beds a further 6 people can be accommodated. Parking is unrestricted on the street. NB: This house can be combined internally with the Garden Flat, adding a further double bed and double sofabed and access to the garden, as well as with The Loft for a further 2 or 4 people.
